  • Responsible for execution of Entire IE activities of the unit

  • Operator's training schedule, Skill development, Low-efficiency operator improvement & achieving unit target efficiency

  • Preparation of optimized OB/ Layout/ machinery utilization/ hands-on experience in preparing OB/TCR/ Pre Production activities of the unit

  • Man management & leadership skills
