Injection moulding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest components to entire body panels of equipment. We have 5 injection moulding machines: Haitian 360 Ton Injection Molding Machines (3 Nos) & Haitian 250 Ton Injection Molding Machines (2 Nos)
 

With our in-house printing and testing equipment, we ensure the most high quality and premium look and feel for every product we manufacture. Logo damage test, mouse drop test, humidity test, keyboard function testing, button click testing and vibration testing are among the few tests done at Outshiny.

Ideation and Design

After manufacturing of individual parts and components, our assembly team puts it all together into a finished product.  Inside assembly line room, all the outputs are assembled with the help of labours. Labours maintain a proper dress code and follow the necessary safety measures.

Now the product is in a full form structured shape and can be sent further for screen printing. Logo, text, specifications such can be printed on the final assembled product using screen printing.

CAD and 3D Printing

The selected design is then further taken into 3D modelling and digitalisation. This process is very crucial as it clarifies on the material requirements, shape & construction, dimensions and measurements. The digital design is then taken to another level, 3D printing.

The 3D model demonstrates what exactly the design would deliver in terms of a physical product. Availing our sense of touch and feel, this step is necessary to rule out any faulty errors in our design and helps us achieve the best product.

Testing & Quality Check

Once the device is designed, it is tested to make sure it works properly under various conditions before production. Therefore, we start with prototyping one item, test it, and then continue with the mass production.

 

Every product goes through timely quality checks to ensure only the finest products are distributed to the consumers.

Mass Production

The prototype is now set to be produced in large scale. We have specialised machinery and equipment that specifically produce different segments of the product.

The categorisation is done and all the steps and processes involved in the manufacturing begin in this process. Consulting of injection moulding and robotic arm.

Packaging & Distribution

Ensuring that the product is in its finest state, it proceeds further to the packaging section. Multiple steps and layers are involved in obtaining the final packed product to ensure maximum safety and quality of product remains ideal.

 

The right packaging would protect the products from external damage and makes it easier to store and distribute the same. 


The same products are then categorised and loaded for distribution locally as well as globally.
